◃──────────────────────【General Information】──────────────────────▹➨ I am a freelance artist offering custom artwork commissions.➨ By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.➨ Payment via Paypal only.➠ Payments are accepted in USD only and will be processed through a PayPal invoice.➨ I will start working on your commission after receiving the full or specified amount of payment.➨ I reserve the right to decline a commission if the design is overly complex, the pose or concept makes me uncomfortable, or if it falls outside my current capabilities. I may also simplify or omit intricate details, such as complex patterns, if proper reference files (e.g., PNGs) are not provided. If you still wish to include those details without the necessary files, an additional fee may apply.➠ I retain all rights and ownership of the commission artwork, including the right to post and promote them publicly on my social platforms, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolio. Let me know if you want to decline in showing yours.➠ You may not claim the artwork as your own. Please be sure to give me credit if you plan to post it anywhere else.➠ Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, branding, games) requires a commercial license, which will incur additional fees.➠ You can not use any of my art for NFT nor sell it for NFT purposes. Doing so will get you permanently banned.➨ Prices may vary; please do not attempt to haggle.➠ Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee.◃─────────────────────────【Process】─────────────────────────▹➠ Commissions are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Unless it is a rush order, which will be prioritized to get the commission done by a deadline.➠ Please provide all necessary reference materials (e.g. detailed descriptions, PNGs, etc.) to help illustrate your character design in mind. Sending a simple sketch/doodle of your own will help out a lot as well.➠ You may DMs me if you have any questions about your commission. I provide regular updates (sketch, lineart, color, etc.) for feedback and approval. I will not continue working on the artwork until a response is made if everything looks good or not. Open communication is heavily encouraged!◃─────────────────────────【Refunds】─────────────────────────▹➠ You may cancel at any time before work begins for a full refund.➠ Please do not open a refund request on Stripe/PayPal before discussing the refund amount with me directly.➠ If I cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a full or partial refund depending on progress.➼ Sketch Phase → 50% Amount Refund➼ Inking/Flats → 25% Amount Refund➠ Once I begin the shading/lighting stage, refunds will no longer be available. You will receive the full commission as agreed upon.➠ No refunds once the final artwork is delivered.◃─────────────────────────【Revisions】─────────────────────────▹➠ Includes [2–3] free rounds of revisions during the process. Minor changes are allowed during the sketch phase.➠ Additional revisions or reworking after approval may be charged.◃─────────────────────────【Delivery】─────────────────────────▹➠ Final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution PNG/JPG via email or a download link.➠ Source files (e.g., PSD, CSP) are not included unless specified.
